The event was organised by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fdef-en\/people\/stanislaw-tosza\/\">Prof. Stanislaw Tosza.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference featured compelling discussions on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">The transformation of the EU anti-fraud landscape, including new roles for&nbsp;OLAF, the growing significance of the&nbsp;European Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office (EPPO), and the emergence of&nbsp;the AMLA &#8211; The EU Anti-Money Laundering Authority<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Comparative approaches to gathering&nbsp;electronic evidence&nbsp;in administrative punitive proceedings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Legislative and technological responses to emerging fraud schemes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Highlights included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">A keynote speech from Acting Director General Salla Saastamoinen explored the policy developments in EU anti-fraud enforcement and their implications for legal coherence and accountability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">A keynote speech from Miranda de Meijer, European Prosecutor at the EPPO and Professor at the University of Amsterdam, highlighting both the strategic opportunities and the inherent complexities in coordinating prosecution across Member States<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Perspectives on EU and national approaches to the use of electronic evidence in administrative punitive proceedings, which are results of the book
