This significant publication is the result of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecb.europa.eu\/pub\/legal-research\/legal-research-programme\/html\/index.en.html#:~:text=The%20ECB%20Legal%20Research%20Programme,Several%20scholarships%20are%20awarded%20annually.\">ECB legal research scholarship<\/a> awarded to Dr. Allegrezza and Professor Lasagni in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kluwerlawonline.com\/Journals\/Common+Market+Law+Review\/2\">The Common Market Law Review <\/a>is the pre-eminent journal on European Union law, offering a platform for the brightest legal minds in the field for over fifty years.
