The conference is organized in the form of roundtable<br>discussions designed to facilitate cross-discussions between legal scholars and practitioners, focusing on two<br>closely related questions: has the national transposition of Directive (EU) 2019\/1023 enabled the introduction of new<br>preventive restructuring tools or, at the very least, improved existing mechanisms in the studied Member States? What<br>consequences do these new or improved rules entail for debtors and creditors?<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-spacer is-spacer-size-sm\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Languages:<\/strong> English and French<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a free conference.
