While the EU AI Act provides (limited) guidance on some copyright-related questions of generative AI, several court proceedings are currently pending in EU Member States, the US, and other jurisdictions focusing on the potential copyright infringement by generative AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Franz Hofmann<\/strong> and <strong>Amit Datta<\/strong> are leading copyright experts.
