It is intended to explore the current state of affairs in the field of financial forensics, in relation to the capabilities and limitations of AI-based tools.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The legal and ethical challenges of the use of AI in financial crime detection, supervision and prevention, will be discussed both from the point of view of private investigations and of public enforcement.
