Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) for nearly a decade, providing independent, confidential, and impartial support to employees across a highly international and interdisciplinary research environment. Prior to this role, she worked more than 10 years in the legal and international sectors, including the International Criminal Court. She is a certified mediator in Austria and has extensive training in conflict coaching and is certified in systemic coaching, including Neuro-linguistic programming.
