All doctoral candidates concerned will receive an official re\u2011enrolment email from <a href=\"mailto:phdstudies@uni.lu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">phdstudies@uni.lu<\/a> on their student accounts, including detailed instructions and relevant links from the BED (Bureau des \u00c9tudes Doctorales) team. Failure to re-enrol and pay the fees in a timely manner may entail a termination of the candidate&#8217;s status with the UNILU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure re-enrolment can be validated, the following requirements must be fulfilled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\"><strong>CET<\/strong>: The Thesis Supervision Committee (CET: comit\u00e9 d\u2019encadrement de th\u00e8se) nomination must be submitted within two months of the start of your doctoral studies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\"><strong>DEA<\/strong>: Doctoral Education Agreement (DEA) must be fully completed, reviewed and signed by all required parties and submitted within the first six months of your doctoral studies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\"><strong>CET reports<\/strong>: All requested CET reports must be submitted and approved by CET members and acknowledged by the candidate on the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\"><strong>Master\u2019s degree from a non\u2011EU university<\/strong>: A scanned copy of the registration of your degree in the Luxembourg Register of Titles is required (if applicable). If the registration process is still ongoing and was initiated in the last 3 months, please provide proof of payment or confirmation of receipt from the Ministry as evidence. If more than 3 months have passed, please contact the Ministry at <a href=\"mailto:registre@mesr.etat.lu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">registre@mesr.etat.lu<\/a>, and check the <a href=\"https:\/\/guichet.public.lu\/en\/citoyens\/famille-education\/etudes-superieures\/reconnaissance-diplomes\/inscription-registre-titres.html#accordionItem-accordionitem_services_en_ligne_et_formulaires\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Application for academic recognition of foreign higher education diplomas at Guichet.public.lu.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\"><strong>Candidates without a work contract at UniLu\/ LIH \/ LISER \/ LIST<\/strong>: A valid health insurance certificate must be submitted.<br>Third\u2011country nationals must also provide a valid Luxembourg residence permit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\"><strong>Candidates in a co-tutelle (joint supervision)<\/strong>: Proof of re\u2011enrolment at the partner institution is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The invoice for re-enrolment fees cannot be sent if the candidate\u2019s file is not up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"how-to-re-enrol\"\n    >\nHow to re-enrol<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Students must re-enrol via the <a href=\"https:\/\/service.uni.lu\/ssp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Admission Portal<\/a> using the student number they were given when they first enrolled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note<strong> <\/strong>that <strong>the student ID number is valid for life <\/strong>and is linked to the student\u2019s academic career. If a doctoral candidate changes doctoral programme or has not attended courses at the University of Luxembourg for a given period, they must, without fail, use the student ID number issued upon their first registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below you will find the link to the payment procedure.
