The fellows\u2019 strand is thought for researchers on non-permanent contracts who are planning their next career chapter.<br>Participants in ADVANCE Fellows will be matched with volunteer Mentors from the participating research institutions. The event will follow a \u201cspeed-dating\u201d approach, promoting people to connect and get to know each other. After the event mentees will be asked to provide up to three names of Mentors. The programme coordination will then match the pairs of mentors\/mentees aiming to achieve maximum compatibility given the choices and goals of the mentees.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Kick-off event<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The matched mentors and mentees will participate in a kick-off event, allowing in-person meetings.
