July)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Academic year (September \u2013 July)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Note: <\/strong>An extension of stay is only possible within the same academic year, this means from winter semester to summer semester. Nominated students will receive the application instructions once their nomination has been validated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>!IMPORTANT! The approval process may take several weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your application has been approved, we will send you the <strong>Letter of Admission<\/strong> and your <strong>Learning Agreement signed by our university<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You will receive both these documents via email from the Incoming Office.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Note: <\/strong>The Letter of Admission is an electronic document only.
