In preparation for Luxembourg\u2019s future Food Policy Council (FPC), the Sustainable Food Practices Research Project of the University of Luxembourg would like to hear your opinion and invites you to participate in the Food Policy council survey. <\/p>

The idea of a\u00a0nation-wide, participative Food Policy Council (FPC) for Luxembourg has been inspired by connecting with and visiting other such food policy councils in the neighbouring countries, and through engaging with food system stakeholders in Luxembourg.\u00a0<\/p>

Dr.\u00a0Rachel Reckinger<\/a> (University of Luxembourg) and Norry Schneider (CELL – Centre for Ecological Learning Luxembourg, The Transition Hub) have been instrumental in the scoping out of such\u00a0a Council.\u00a0Uniting all stakeholders within the food system will bring about innovation through constructive debates and teamwork and create a more socially and environmentally just, economically sound, high quality local food system.\u00a0Such a Food Policy Council would also deliver on the intention embedded in the Luxembourg Accord de Coalition.<\/p>

To\u00a0find out\u00a0about\u00a0key actors\u2019 as well as the general public\u2019s knowledge\u00a0about Food Policy Councils and\u00a0their\u00a0hopes and expectations for such a council on a national scale in Luxembourg, the\u00a0Sustainable Food Practices team at the University of Luxembourg\u00a0designed a survey\u00a0in partnership with CELL.\u00a0<\/p>

The project team would appreciate your contribution\u00a0until 30\u00a0<\/sup>September 2021\u00a0<\/strong>by\u00a0taking the survey<\/a> online.<\/p>

Your opinion\u00a0will help shape the foundation of the Food Policy Council of Luxembourg.<\/p>
