University services and administration<\/strong>: Staff members are encouraged to work remotely if the nature of their work permits. Work organisation must be agreed with the supervisors\/managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exams<\/strong>: The default setting for end of semester exams is the remote format. A very limited number of in-person assessments will be accepted for those study programmes and courses whose exams require an explicit physical presence and interaction. The end of semester exam period is extended to include the week of study days\/revisions; it starts on 4 January and ends on 6 February 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitors<\/strong>: Visitors must respect the safety and distancing measures. Identities of visitors as well as visiting times and visited entities must be documented at the receptions in case visitors need to be contacted if an infection tracing becomes necessary. To protect the health and safety of all parties involved, contacts via telephone, email, teleconferencing and similar means are preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Masks must be worn in all University buildings and social distancing must be observed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
