After the success of the first edition, the Scienteens Lab has decided to make the Scienteens Academy a recurrent activity: every summer our team will welcome high-school students for a one-week interdisciplinary workshop focusing on Systems Biology!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2019 is even more special with two sessions of the Scienteens Academy. Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, the US embassy in Luxembourg<\/a> and the Joachim Herz Stiftung<\/a> from Germany, we are organising a workshop in English in July and a workshop in German in September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both sessions will be dedicated to studying the growth behaviour and the enzyme activity of the bacterium Escherichia coli. They will mix lab work in biology with mathematical modelling and computer science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
