Fostering partnerships: Building relationships with industry partners, funding agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate commercialization and collaborative research.
Assisting researchers: Providing guidance and resources on industry collaboration opportunities.
Negotiating agreements: Leading contract negotiations, including licensing, research collaborations, and technology transfer agreements.
Encouraging innovation: Inspiring researchers to explore commercial potential and participate in technology transfer processes.
Monitoring performance: Tracking and evaluating the TTO Partnership Programme, adjusting as needed to meet objectives.
Securing funding: Identifying funding opportunities to support TTO Partnership operations.
Representing the TTO: Showcasing the TTO Partnerships Programme’s activities and successes to stakeholders.
