Your role
- Handling daily emails/tickets and manning the telephone helpline
- Welcoming and informing students, in person and remotely
- Preparing, checking and managing tenancy agreements:
- checking eligibility criteria – enrolment, duration, amount
- preparing and sending out agreements
- tracking signatures
- Updating and monitoring lists of arrivals and departures for the relevant local authorities, and lists of accommodation requiring cleaning
- Handling administrative follow-up:
- contracts, including updating move-in and move-out inventories
- scanning, filing and archiving contracts
- forwarding documents to the Finance Department (SFC)
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree and/or initial experience in a comparable role
- High level of proficiency in standard IT tools
- Proactive, reliable, open-minded and diplomatic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced international university environment
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural and multilingual environment
- Very good knowledge of English and French (both spoken and written); German would be an advantage
