Your role
- Comprehensive Research Funding Support: Proactively assist Faculty researchers across all stages of the funding lifecycle, such as identifying relevant funding opportunities (e.g., EU, FNR, and other sources), navigating application processes, supporting proposal development, budget planning, post-award management
- Coordination and Dissemination of Research Activities: Facilitate the effective dissemination of research outputs according to the project dissemination plans, (e.g. press releases, social media presence, and public outreach when required)
- Active Participation in Meetings and Key Events: Represent and support the Faculty in a variety of internal and external meetings (e.g., project meetings with Principal Investigators, funder info days, innovation working groups), and stay engaged with info sessions provided by institutional partners to ensure the Faculty remains well-informed about current developments.
- Fostering Internal Communication and Collaboration: Maintain and strengthen communication channels across the Faculty and the wider university administration. Participate in regular Research Facilitator meetings and working groups as needed, ensuring seamless project and information flow throughout the Faculty.

Your profile
- Degree in STEM – Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, or in a Health related field
- At least 4 years in project management – preferably in research – with a proven experience in finding and managing research funding
- Experience in the use of common computer software applications and collaborative on-line platforms
- Service-oriented mindset, willing to provide quality service to the faculty researchers
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Proven ability to work in a team, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Full proficiency in English; Knowledge of French at a professional level would be an asset
