Your role
- Assist researchers find, apply for, receive, and manage research funding e.g. EU and FNR
- Supporting academics to develop competitive grant applications
- Identifying funding opportunities and advising on fit with strategy
- Coordinating review and internal submission processes
- Work closely with the existing administrative teams and the research facilitators
- Support dissemination of research activities in academia and society
- Ensure internal cooperation and communication at Department and Faculty level, and with the central research office, other research entities and central services
- Participate actively in meetings and other events related to the mission
Your profile
- University degree in Humanities or Social Sciences
- Relevant work experience in research facilitation and research management
- Experience in research project review, funding sources, project monitoring, fundraising, project management and reporting
- Proficiency with modern office software, spread sheets and collaborative platforms
- Team-oriented, diplomatic and able to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
- Fluency in English, French and/or German is required, command of the three languages would be an advantage
