The 14th edition of the award for the Best Doctoral Thesis at the University of Luxembourg goes to Dr Tara Trauthwein, a brilliant Luxembourgish mathematician and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford.\n\nA roundtable discussion with Rector Jens Kreisel and five former award winners will follow the presentation of the doctoral thesis.\n\nDoctoral thesis\nTara Trauthwein (ORBilu)\n\nAbout the Rolf Tarrach Award\n\nSince 2012, the Rolf Tarrach Prize, organised by Les Amis de l’Université du Luxembourg and supported by the Luis y Antonio Portabella Foundation and Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management Luxembourg, has been honouring the best doctoral thesis at the University.
