This conference is part of Luxembourg’s commitment to promoting the core values of the Council of Europe – human rights, democracy, and the rule of law. It aims to develop concrete solutions to the challenges and opportunities of youth political participation in the digital age.

The opening ceremony is exclusively accessible with a valid ticket (no conference fees).
Access will be granted only upon presentation of a paper or digital copy of your ticket.

The second day of the Democracy and Youth in the Digital Age conference (20 March 2025) is recognised as professional development for teachers by IFEN (Institut de formation de l’éducation nationale).

The conference is organised by the University of Luxembourg in the framework of Luxembourg’s chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
