DESCRIPTION:AI Café 2025: Final of the AI Competition night\n\nJoin us for an evening of bold ideas and creative thinking at the AI Café 2025 Competition Final — where the most promising AI concepts of the year take center stage and six brilliant teams will take the stage to pitch their boldest AI ideas!\nThe prizes for the participants are:\n\n1st place: €2,000\n\n2nd place: €1,500\n\n3rd place: €1,000\n\nModerated by Dr. Nora Schleich and hosted by Prof. Dr. Christoph Schommer, this event brings together students, researchers, entrepreneurs, and curious minds to explore how AI can shape our future.\n\nCercle Cité, Luxembourg\n\nNo conference fees\n\nRegistration mandatory\n\n9 June 2026\n\nEnglish, French, German\n\nInterested participants are requested to write a short document (maximum 8 pages, Arial 12pt) covering the following points:\n\n1. Basic Information\n\n1. Basic Information\n\nProject title, Team name / individual name, Contact details (email, affiliation, etc.)\n\n2. Abstract\n\nShort summary of the project (max. 250 words)\n\n3. Problem Definition\n\nWhat problem are you solving? Why is this problem relevant/important?\n\n4. Approach / Methodology\n\nDescription of the solution approach (algorithms, models, frameworks used). Any novel ideas or innovations introduced.\n\n5. Data\n\nWhich datasets do you use? Do you see any ethical considerations (bias, privacy, consent, etc.)?\n\n6. Implementation\n\nWhich tools, libraries, and frameworks do you use ? Draw a diagramme to understand that system architecture.\n\n7. Any results received ?\n\n8. Impact & Applications\n\nPotential real-world use cases and expected benefits or societal impact\n\n9. Team Contributions\n\nIf a team, role of each member\n\n10. Future Work\n\nPlanned improvements or next steps\n\nIn case the project is selected for the evening show (4 December 2025, Cercle Cité), the individual or team confirm(s) to be present in person to present the submitted project.\n\nThe presentation will be in the style of a TED Talk – see, for example, Salome Agbaroji's talk : without technical aids, but only through oral presentation.
