Rules for the #uni_lu Easter Egg Hunt

Please read the rules before entering this hunt.

By participating in this hunt you agree to be bound by these official rules and that you fully satisfy the eligibility requirements below.

Students who are currently enrolled in a Bachelor and Master programme at the University of Luxembourg and having a valid student card ID (except for students having a contract with the Central Communication of the University of Luxembourg).

The hunt starts on 24 April 2025 at 13.00 (GMT+1) and ends on 24 April 2025 at 14.00 (GMT+1).

In order to participate, registration is mandatory.

Registration opens on Thursday, 24 April 2025 at the Maison du Savoir, from 12.15 onwards. Participants will be handed out a bracelet they must wear throughout the hunt.

Each participant can only win one prize. In case you find more eggs, the most valuable prize will be offered to the participant.

The prizes must be collected by showing your bracelet and your student ID card on the day itself during the prize giving ceremony taking place at the Maison du Savoir between 14.00 and 15.00.

Top prize: Playstation 5 Digital Edition Slim 1 TB

Second prize: JBL Tune 520BT wireless headphones in Black

Third prize: JBL Wave 300 earphones

More prizes include cinema tickets, KIKO voucher, ONLY voucher, UNI.LU goodies and chocolates.

During the event, the organiser will take pictures and record videos. By registering, participants authorise the University of Luxembourg to record and publish their image in photographic and video format for communications in relation to the event. The organiser undertakes to use this material responsibly, in other words for communications purposes only and not for commercial use.

We reserve the right to cancel any participation if ever we believe that there is a fraud of any kind.

The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event at its discretion for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, low attendance, non-compliance with university policies, insufficient resources, safety or security concerns, legal restrictions, or any other factor that may affect the successful execution of the event. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the University will make reasonable efforts to inform registered participants as soon as possible and provide instructions regarding rescheduling, if applicable.
