  • You have a “Diplôme de technicien” and a certificate of completion of the preparatory modules

Your criteria

  • Diploma

Your diploma is accepted for a limited number of Bachelor’s programmes, provided that you have completed the preparatory modules.

You may apply for a study programme if the section in which you completed your “Diplôme de technicien” and preparatory modules is relevant to the subject of the intended study programme:

Electrical engineering sectionEligible to apply for the Bachelor in Engineering – Electrical Engineering
Mechanical engineering SectionEligible to apply for the Bachelor in Engineering – Mechanical Engineering

If you have not yet received your diploma and the certificate of completion of the preparatory modules by the application period of your chosen study programme, you can still submit your application without the diploma and certificate of completion within the application period.

If you apply without submitting a copy of your diploma and certificate of completion, you will be required to provide your diploma, your certificate of completion of the preparatory modules and your final transcript of grades if a conditional acceptance letter is issued. Your enrolment cannot be finalized until all required documents have been submitted and all other admission requirements are met.

  • Proof of Language Skills

All applicants must demonstrate the required level of competence in all teaching languages of their chosen programme. Language requirements for each programme, based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), are listed on the dedicated programme web page. If multiple languages are listed, this indicates that the programme is multilingual, and applicants must provide proof of competence in all listed languages, unless stated otherwise.

Applicants who do not meet the required language level for all teaching languages before the application deadline are not eligible for admission in that application cycle.

  • Deadline

    • Deadlines may vary depending on study programmes. Please submit your application by the deadline applicable for EU/EEA/Swiss candidates indicated on your admissions portal.

  • If Your Application Is Accepted

If your application is accepted by the selection committee, you will receive:

    • a final admission letter if your file is complete
    • a conditional admission letter if your file is incomplete (e.g. missing diploma or certificate of achievement, certificate of completion of the preparatory modules, final transcript of grades, proof of health insurance, etc.). You will need to upload the missing documents via the admission portal before 15 November of your first semester of studies. Once all documents are received, you will be issued the final admission letter.
  • If You Cannot Complete Your Enrolment

Please note that incomplete enrolments cannot be deferred to future academic years. If you cannot finalize your enrolment, you will need to restart the admission process with a new student ID number and upload all required documents again. Your new application will be subject to the rules in force at that time, including application fees and eligibility criteria.

Acceptance of an application for one academic year does not guarantee acceptance in future years.
