Der Name BiBe setzt sich aus den luxemburgischen W\u00f6rtern Bierger (B\u00fcrger) und Bed\u00e9elegung (Partizipation) zusammen.<\/p><p>Ob es sich um Dritt-Orte, Repair Caf\u00e9s, Climate Coaches oder B\u00fcrgergenossenschaften handelt, <a href=\"https:\/\/bibe.cell.lu\/de\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"BiBe\" rel=\"noopener\">BiBe<\/a> bietet einen gemeinsamen digitalen Raum zwischen B\u00fcrgern und Tr\u00e4gern von Transitionsprojekten. BiBe ist auch ein Instrument der B\u00fcrgerbeteiligung, um zu lernen, sich zu engagieren und Ver\u00e4nderungen zu inspirieren.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>BiBe soll einen koh\u00e4renten Ansatz zwischen wissenschaftlicher Forschung und praktischer Anwendung erm\u00f6glichen, der f\u00fcr Lernprozesse auf gesellschaftlicher Ebene zur F\u00f6rderung der Resilienz unerl\u00e4sslich ist. An der Universit\u00e4t wird die Zusammenarbeit von Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/wwwde.uni.lu\/recherche\/fhse\/dsoc\/people\/ariane_koenig\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Ariane K\u00f6nig\" rel=\"noopener\">Ariane K\u00f6nig<\/a>, Sozialwissenschaftlerin mit dem Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit und Umwelt an der <a href=\"https:\/\/wwwde.uni.lu\/fhse\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Geisteswissenschaften, Erziehungswissenschaften und Sozialwissenschaften\" rel=\"noopener\">Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Geisteswissenschaften, Erziehungswissenschaften und Sozialwissenschaften<\/a>, koordiniert. Das Projekt wird von der Abteilung f\u00fcr Raumentwicklung vom Ministerium f\u00fcr Energie und Raumentwicklung finanziert.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"projekt-ceinture-verte\"\n    >\nProjekt \u201eCeinture Verte\u201c<\/h3>\n<p>Auch das Projekt \u201eCeinture Verte\u201c (Gr\u00fcner G\u00fcrtel), das im Rahmen der internationalen Ausschreibung &#8222;Luxembourg in Transition&#8220; entwickelt wurde, k\u00fcndigt seinen Beginn an.\u00a0 Der Gr\u00fcner G\u00fcrtel mit seinen verschiedenen Initiativen zielt darauf ab, ein Netzwerk von vielf\u00e4ltigen und gut vernetzten nat\u00fcrlichen Lebensr\u00e4umen rund um die Stadt Luxemburg und den zentralen Ballungsraum zu schaffen.
