La danse comme m\u00e9thode historique"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<section class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-free-section section\"><div class=\"container xl:max-w-screen-xl\">\n<p>Une \u00e9tude de trois ans au C<sup>2<\/sup>DH a analys\u00e9 comment des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s aussi \u00e9vanescentes et non s\u00e9rieuses que les soir\u00e9es dansantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 document\u00e9es dans des archives et peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es par le biais d\u2019une m\u00e9thodologie exp\u00e9rimentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"une-methodologie-riche-en-evenements\"\n    >\n<strong><strong>Une m\u00e9thodologie \u00ab\u00a0riche en \u00e9v\u00e9nements\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet de recherche <a href=\"https:\/\/popkult60.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Popkult60 (FNR-DFG)<\/em><\/a>, ax\u00e9 sur la culture populaire transfrontali\u00e8re europ\u00e9enne des <em>long sixties<\/em> (longues ann\u00e9es 1960), a donn\u00e9 l\u2019occasion \u00e0 la chercheuse du C<sup>2<\/sup>DH Laura Steil de d\u00e9ployer une m\u00e9thodologie exp\u00e9rimentale, sous la forme de reconstructions historiques cr\u00e9atives, pour d\u00e9couvrir l\u2019histoire des bals \u00e0 Esch-sur-Alzette, en se concentrant sur le quartier ouvrier de la <em>Grenz<\/em> (fronti\u00e8re). Pour son projet <em>Dancing Esch<\/em>, elle a collabor\u00e9 avec des acteurs culturels locaux tels que la Kufa, Ferroforum, BiBSS et le <em>Escher Theater<\/em>, avec des danseurs de swing luxembourgeois et un orchestre dirig\u00e9 par Luciano Pagliarini, pour concevoir les \u00e9v\u00e9nements <em>Swigning Esch<\/em> et <em>Feier\u00f4wend.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inspir\u00e9s par les donn\u00e9es recueillies dans les archives nationales, municipales et priv\u00e9es, les entretiens d\u2019histoire orale et les observations ethnographiques. Il est important de souligner qu\u2019ils se sont appuy\u00e9s sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/en\/events\/volleksgeschicht-zu-letzebuerg-sennvoll-verbindunge-mat-leit-maachen-ger-lux\/\">l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de relations significatives avec des personnes au fil du temps<\/a> et les ont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 participer au processus de recherche. Andreas Fickers, a insist\u00e9 sur le r\u00f4le des sens dans la recherche historique sur la musique, les m\u00e9dias ou la radio, en plaidant pour une \u00ab&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.degruyter.com\/document\/doi\/10.1515\/9783110799774\/html?lang=en&amp;srsltid=AfmBOorambNMlLIQgIwPSOsgYfywU03vy3cKaTPtEnfUh7hr97NgH190\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arch\u00e9ologie exp\u00e9rimentale des m\u00e9dias<\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb. Laura Steil, anthropologue de formation, a toujours utilis\u00e9 la \u00ab&nbsp;m\u00e9thode d\u2019observation participante&nbsp;\u00bb dans <a href=\"https:\/\/popkult60.eu\/popkult60\/assets\/pdf\/pistes.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ses \u00e9tudes sur les cultures festives<\/a>. Avant d\u2019effectuer des recherches sur la vie nocturne luxembourgeoise, elle s\u2019est livr\u00e9e \u00e0 un travail de terrain dans des <a href=\"https:\/\/laviedesidees.fr\/Laura-Steil-Boucan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bo\u00eetes de nuit afro-carib\u00e9ennes et de hip-hop<\/a> \u00e0 Paris. Souvent, les archives traditionnelles ne r\u00e9ussissent pas \u00e0 saisir les dimensions sensorielles et \u00e9motionnelles de la vie nocturne, sa soi-disant \u00ab&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/popkult60.eu\/popkult60\/assets\/pdf\/tanzrausch.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">intoxication<\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb, ce qui en dit davantage sur les dimensions organisationnelles, r\u00e9glementaires et \u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin d\u2019explorer des dimensions moins document\u00e9es et de les \u00ab&nbsp;revivre&nbsp;\u00bb, <em>Feier\u00f4wend<\/em>, con\u00e7u en collaboration avec FerroForum, a eu lieu dans l\u2019atelier central de la Metzeschmelz. Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme un hommage au quartier festif de la <em>Grenz<\/em>, il a r\u00e9uni la <em>Danzmusek<\/em> (musique de danse) en direct et un ensemble de DJ analogique de disco et de grooves rares&nbsp;; il a m\u00eal\u00e9 les images, les odeurs et les go\u00fbts de <em>panzerotti<\/em> et de frites faits maison avec ceux du fer, de la poussi\u00e8re et du feu, transpir\u00e9s par l\u2019usine. La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition, en septembre 2024, a \u00e9t\u00e9 film\u00e9e par Carlo Thiel et la prestation de l\u2019orchestre a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e par Philophon. En plus de ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements, elle a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 et film\u00e9 un tutoriel vid\u00e9o de danse au <em>Media Centre<\/em> de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 avec l\u2019un des participants \u00e0 sa recherche, un ancien ouvrier d\u2019usine de 82 ans, magicien et DJ. Ensemble, ils ont donn\u00e9 un \u00ab&nbsp;cours&nbsp;\u00bb de danse lors de la <a href=\"https:\/\/ferroforum.lu\/articles\/feierowend-2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition<\/a> de <em>Feier\u00f4wend<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une approche \u00ab&nbsp;par le corps&nbsp;\u00bb est particuli\u00e8rement fructueuse quand il s\u2019agit de travailler sur des formes de m\u00e9moire qui sont difficiles \u00e0 exprimer par des mots. Les exp\u00e9riences incarn\u00e9es bas\u00e9es sur des sources traditionnelles, mais aussi cr\u00e9ativement d\u00e9riv\u00e9es de celles-ci, peuvent \u00ab&nbsp;nous rappeler des donn\u00e9es dans la pl\u00e9nitude de leur action sensorielle&nbsp;\u00bb (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jstor.org\/stable\/4335047\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Turner, 1979: 82<\/a>). Ils peuvent aussi engendrer une \u00ab&nbsp;renaissance des danses&nbsp;\u00bb (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jstor.org\/stable\/23266897\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lepecki, 2010: 31<\/a>) et de nouveaux <em>noeuds de m\u00e9moire<\/em> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jstor.org\/stable\/41337077\">Rothberg, 2010: 8<\/a>).
