Access to the Archive may be granted only to professionals for the following five purposes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Research in the humanities and social sciences <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Scientific publication <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Academic communication <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Educational and exhibition purposes <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Artistic purposes <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To request access, please send an email to &lt;email address will be available after the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/c2dh-en\/events\/launch-of-the-luxembourgish-u-core-interview-collection\/\">launch<\/a> of the Archive on 13 May 2026&gt; indicating your intended purpose of use and attach a signed and scanned copy of your affiliation with a public or private institution in PDF format. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are not affiliated with a public or private institution relevant to your intended purpose (e.g. an academic institution for researchers, a media organization for journalists, an educational institution for teachers, a museum or gallery for curators, or a theatre or cultural&nbsp;centre for artists), please provide a scanned copy (PDF) of a letter of recommendation from a person affiliated with the institution for which you work as a freelancer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the librarian has reviewed your request, you will receive a response via email within 14 days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the decision is positive: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">You must present yourself in person in the on-site reading room. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">You must show your passport or ID card (copies are not accepted) for identity verification. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">You must present the original affiliation certificate or the original of the signed letter of recommendation previously submitted by email. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">You will be required to sign the Terms and Conditions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":57,"featured_media":0,"parent":2861,"menu_order":0,"template":"","meta":{"featured_image_focal_point":[],"show_featured_caption":false,"ulux_newsletter_groups":"","uluxPostTitle":"","uluxPrePostTitle":"","_trash_the_other_posts":false,"_price":"","_stock":"","_tribe_ticket_header":"","_tribe_default_ticket_provider":"","_tribe_ticket_capacity":"0","_ticket_start_date":"","_ticket_end_date":"","_tribe_ticket_show_description":"","_tribe_ticket_show_not_going":false,"_tribe_ticket_use_global_stock":"","_tribe_ticket_global_stock_level":"","_global_stock_mode":"","_global_stock_cap":"","_tribe_rsvp_for_event":"","_tribe_ticket_going_count":"","_tribe_ticket_not_going_count":"","_tribe_tickets_list":"[]","_tribe_ticket_has_attendee_info_fields":false,"rpp_rp_identifier":"2830","rpp_taxonomies_in_sync":true},"research-project-status":[272],"research-project-type":[264],"field-of-interest":[289],"organisation":[223,221],"authorship":[57],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v22.3 (Yoast SEO v22.3) -
