By dissecting the specific lexicon and narrative structures employed, the research examines how these choices reinforce and update colonial constructs of racialized identities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nayansaku Mufwankolo<\/strong> is a lecturer in Cultural Studies and Critical Theory as well as the Delegate of Diversity and Inclusion at the Geneva University of Art and Design (HEAD\u2013 Gen\u00e8ve). They are also a consultant in diversity and inclusion and give workshops on intersectional violence and discriminations.
