It is through the Instagram account @lespapotages_de_Gazengel that a duo like no other tells in real time the adventures of a doctoral student from the beginning of her thesis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

On the 28 October 2021, two sisters \u2013 Valentine Gandanger as an illustrator and Ali\u00e9nor Gandanger as a new PhD candidate \u2013 have launched an adventure. We propose to discover the backstage of a doctoral research in History and Public History through Instagram. A thesis experience is usually a once in a life time event. So why wait until the end of this odyssey to communicate about it when we can do it now?<\/p>\n\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

– Hey dites donc Gazengel ! Ce serait pas mal de mettre \u00e0 jour notre nouveau lectorat ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– Olala oui, tu fais bien de me le rappeler ! Avec toutes ces nouvelles missions\u2026\u00a0j’ai d\u00fb oublier de le noter.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– Mais pas du tout, regarde, tu l\u2019as not\u00e9 l\u00e0.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– Ah oui, bon alors.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– Recommen\u00e7ons par le d\u00e9but.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– Tout \u00e0 fait. Les papotages, ce sont les exp\u00e9riences d\u2019une doctorante en Histoire et en Histoire publique, moi en l’occurrence, raconter sous forme d\u2019illustrations via le support Instagram.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– D\u2019accord ! Et quels sont les th\u00e8mes de ces exp\u00e9riences ?\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– Des rencontres, mes r\u00e9flexions de tout poil, mes p\u00e9r\u00e9grinations dans les archives mais aussi un hors-s\u00e9rie sur mes travaux de recherche avec Yvonne\u2026\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– Et c\u2019est tout ?\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– Non non, ce n\u2019est pas fini. On y parle aussi d\u2019un projet bande dessin\u00e9e en cours avec Zaromatt et de mes toutes premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences depuis mon arriv\u00e9e dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe PHACS au sein du labo C2DH \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Luxembourg.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– Et j\u2019ai cru comprendre que nous avons obtenu la Thinkering Grant qui va nous permettre de financer les prochains \u00e9pisodes jusqu\u2019au d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 ?\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– Oui, l\u2019\u00e9quipe a \u00e9t\u00e9 emball\u00e9e par le projet et nous donne la chance de poursuivre l\u2019aventure !\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– Mazette.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– Comme tu dis !\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– C\u2019est g\u00e9nial parce que tu rentres dans des sujets hyper int\u00e9ressants ! D\u2019autres chercheurs pourront d\u00e9couvrir prochainement tes papotages et cela fera peut-\u00eatre \u00e9cho \u00e0 leurs propres interrogations.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n

– En effet.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n
